Earlier today, Us Weekly reported that Tony had been sending text messages to a mutual female friend hundreds of times a month for almost a year.
Eva and Tony have been married since July of 2007.
Yesterday she tweeted: It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce.
